We have found that meeting weekly improves clients’ progress toward their goals. For that reason, we meet with clients weekly. We will establish a set time to meet each week, and that will be our recurring weekly appointment.

Typically, clients commit to counseling for 6 months, and progress is measured monthly.

50-minute Individual session $180
1.5-hour Individual EMDR Session or Couples Session - $270
2-hour Individual EMDR/Couples Session - $360
